Operation Blue Santa is a long-running Austin Police Department holiday program that began in 1972 and now provides toys, books, and grocery gift cards to thousands of Central Texas families each year. In this photo, Anita joins other volunteers to help assemble and pack gifts at the Blue Santa warehouse.
